    We will pickup your laundry, wash, dry and hand fold, and return it to you the next day. All you need to do is put it away!

FAQs

How much is 15lbs of laundry?

15lbs of laundry is about the size of a normal laundry basket and approximately the amount of clothes worn by an adult in a week. If you have separate attire for work or wear sportswear for exercising, one adult may generate up to 30lbs per week. You can also use a home scale and weigh yourself and then pick up your laundry bag to get an estimate.

What type of detergent do you use?

We use an unscented, hypoallergenic detergent and unscented fabric softener. You can also request scented fabric softener (citrus fresh or floral fragrance) or no fabric softener.

Do you use bleach?

We do not use chlorine or peroxide-based bleaches unless requested. We only recommend chlorine bleach on all white loads, such as bed sheets or towels. Peroxide-based bleaches are appropriate for color loads. Please ensure your clothes can be launder with the bleach you select as we are not responsible for damage due to improper bleach selection.

What can i include in my bag?

Clothes, towels, pillowcases, bed sheets and bedding under 60” in either dimension with normal soiling. For larger items or heavily soiled items, send us a special request.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

Nope, we will sort lights and darks for you!

What kind of bag do i use?

You can use a clean trash bag for your first order, after which you will be provided one reusable laundry bag (for FREE!). You can request additional bags for $6 each. Subscription customers will be provided a reusable fabric tote (for FREE!) You can request additional totes for $14 each.

When will you pick up my order?

Our routes change daily, so please have your order out by 8am. We will drop off your order before noon on the following day (Mon-Thur) but it may be as early as 7am. We’re early birds, but we’ll keep it quiet!

What can’t you launder?

Not much! While we do not accept certain items for normal laundry service (soiled with bodily fluids, hazardous chemicals, fleas, etc.) please reach out to us with any special requests. We’ll let you know what we can do and an estimate of the cost.
